On November 20, 2022, Woodrow Wayne Wilson Williamson, Jr. of Taylors, SC died at the age of 68 and was surrounded by his family. “Woody” was born to Woodrow and Jewel Williamson on July 19, 1954 in Columbus, OH. He is a veteran of the US Army where he served his country for 13 years. Later he worked as a beloved plumber in the Columbus and Westerville, Ohio area for 32 years. He is survived by his great loves: wife of 50 years, Sherry; their three children, Shelly (Michael), Brandy and Nicolas (Melinda); 13 grandchildren, Megan (Alex) Zachary (Savannah), Sydney (Caleb), Owen, Vincent, Amanda, Jessica, Christian (MJ) and Caleb: and 1 great grandchild, Lincoln. Woody had a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus. He had a huge heart, giving hand and loved a good laugh. He volunteered in his local church and was a mentor for the Boy Scouts; he loved fishing on Lake Erie, NASCAR, and painting. Woody was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s in 2018.
