William Dale Scruggs, 55, Gaffney, SC, passed away on February 8, 2021. He was the beloved son of Helen Ruppe Scruggs and the late William Troy Scruggs, born in Gaffney, SC on January 31, 1966. He leaves behind his mother, sibling: Dennis Scruggs; Nieces: Nikki Scruggs and Denise Scruggs, Nephew: William Wayne Scuggs; and great-niece: Adaleigh Scruggs. William is preceded in death by his father. He enjoyed fishing, planting, and of the Christian faith. William will truly be missed by friends and family.
