William, or "Bub" as he was affectionately known by friends and family, was a proud and patriotic individual. After two tours of duty in the Navy during the Vietnam War, he returned home and channeled his passion for fixing things into a successful small tool and repair business. His dedication to his work and commitment to customer satisfaction earned him the respect and admiration of his peers and colleagues.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bill was known for his love of repairing small motors, tinkering with electronics, and fixing anything that needed a little attention. His natural talent for understanding how things worked and his inherent intelligence made him an invaluable resource to his friends and neighbors, who often called upon him for help with various projects. Bill also had a lifelong passion for cars, a love he enthusiastically shared with his family and friends.
Bill was a devoted husband to his late wife, Rozann Moninger, who passed away in 2013. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. Bill was a loving stepfather to his three step-children, Carrie Grimard, Tony Grimard, and Terry Grimard, who will remember him for his wisdom, humor, and unwavering support.
