William Kirk Godfrey

Greenville-William Kirk Godfrey, 50, resident of Greenville South Carolina passed away November 1st, 2018.

Kirk was born in Greenville, Graduate of Woodmont High School, Piedmont South Carolina and a Certified HVAC Technician. He was employed by Pharmaceutical Associates, Inc. (PAI).

He was preceded in death by his Father, William Reid Godfrey (Bill), Maternal Grandparents, Bid and Thelma Drew, Paternal Grandparents, Harold and Sybil Godfrey, two Cousins James “Steve” Estes and Charles “Darby” Garrett.

He is survived by his two Daughters, Jessica Hope Godfrey of Greenville South Carolina and Alyssa Holly Godfrey of Augusta South Carolina, his Mother, Jean Dodds Godfrey of Greenville South Carolina, a Sister, Lisa Godfrey-Moore (Teddie) of Pelzer South Carolina, a Brother, Matthew “Matt” Godfrey of Greenville, a Half Sister, Pennie Kennedy of Greenville and two Nieces, Kayla Godfrey and Kennadi Godfrey both of Pelzer South Carolina and a Great Nephew, Ryker Thomas to debut in December 2018, two Aunts and Uncles that held a special place in his heart, James “Jimmy” and Jean Estes of Pelzer South Carolina, Don and Faye Garrett of Pelzer South Carolina. Kirk had several “sisters” and “nieces” who played a special part in his life.

Kirk was well loved by his Family, Friends and Customers. He had several life long friends Mark Fant, Todd Davis and Chris Leonard and a Special Friend Andrea Jackson. He will truly be missed by all.

Pallbearers will be Todd Davis, Mark Fant, Steve Kelley, Daniel Garrett, Kenneth Fannin and Mike Hair.

The Services will be Officiated by David Hyatt.

The Family will be at the home of his Mother, Jean Godfrey, 604 Pendleton Road, Greenville South Carolina.

Visitation will be Thursday November 8th, 2018 at 11:00 am,  Westville Funeral Home, 6010 White Horse Road, Greenville South Carolina 29611, Funeral Service will follow in The Chapel with Burial in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
