Walter J. 'Walt' Holdsworth

Walter J. “Walt” Holdsworth passed away February 11, 2017. Born in Morton, PA to John W. Holdsworth and Frances Smith. Survived by loving and devoted wife of 40 years Lynn. Also survived by son Jim Holdsworth and partner Frank Blake, both of Greenville, sister in law Kim Moye of Buffalo, WY, several nieces and nephews, cousins Patricia (Trish) Holdsworth and Melissa of Delaware, as well as faithful companions Trakker The Dog and Max The Cat.

For over thirty years he was a Structural Union Ironworker, Local 399 in New Jersey. He had a love of traveling and had traveled to forty one states with wife Lynn and Son Jim. Walt and Lynn also had a great love for animals. Their home in Greenville was a certified wildlife habitat. Over the years he enjoyed kayaking, hiking and fishing. He loved taking pictures of wildlife and his animals.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to help Lynn rebuild her life.
