Born on January 15, 1956, in Birmingham, Alabama, Victor made a lasting impression on everyone he met with his humorous spirit, selfless nature, and intelligent mind Victor grew up in the warm heart of Alabama, a place that shaped his love for the outdoors and community. He carried this appreciation with him to Greenville, South Carolina, where he spent his final years surrounded by the lush landscapes he so loved. He was a proud alumnus of Auburn University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, an accomplishment that guided his future endeavors and instilled in him a lifelong love for learning. Professionally, Victor was dedicated and hardworking. His career spanned years of service in landscaping. He was known for his strong work ethic and his willingness to lend a hand wherever needed. Victor's professional life was marked by the same selflessness that characterized his interactions.

Victor's life was enriched by his beloved family. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Tressie Woolling; his sister, Susie McGaughy, and her husband, Jerry; his adored grandchildren, Trooper Ogg and Tera Woolling; and his devoted nephews, Patrick and Taylor McGaughy. Victor was predeceased by his brothers, Joseph "Jay" Woolling and Franklin "Frank" Woolling. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and he took great joy in every moment spent with them.

An avid conversationalist, Victor never missed an opportunity to engage with people. His sense of humor was infectious, and he could always be counted on to provide a good laugh or a thoughtful perspective. He was a true fan of football, relishing the camaraderie and excitement that came with the game. His love of fishing was more than a hobby; it was a way for him to connect with nature and find peace.
