Timothy A. Sandoe

Timothy A. Sandoe, known affectionately as Timmy by his friends and family, passed away on March 1, 2025, in Anderson, South Carolina. Born on November 27, 1973, in Petersburg, Virginia, Timmy was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew him.

Timmy's early years in Petersburg were filled with the sounds of music, a passion that would shape his entire life. His creative spirit found its truest expression in writing songs and lyrics, a talent that brought comfort and inspiration to many. Timmy's love for music was only rivaled by the love he had for his family.

He is survived by a loving family who cherished every moment spent with him. His mother, Ann Petras, always supported his musical endeavors and was his biggest fan. Timmy's sister, Natalie Bailey, her husband Dustin, and their children, Savannah and Mason, will miss his playful humor and the way he could turn an ordinary day into an adventure. His father, Carmen "Sandy" Sandoe, shared Timmy's love for melody and will hold dear the memories of their shared harmonies.

Those who knew Timmy will remember him as a loving soul with an infectious laugh and a knack for storytelling. His creative legacy will live on through his music, which continues to touch the hearts of those who listen. Timmy's ability to find humor in the everyday made every encounter with him a joyous one.
