Timothy Scott Patterson

Timothy Scott Patterson, 62, beloved husband of Diane Durham Patterson, went to be with the Lord on August 25, 2013.

Born in Greenville County, Tim was a son of Gloria Patterson of Taylors and the late Robert Andy Patterson. He served in the US Marine Corps; and spent his career in construction, having owned a plumbing business, and most recently worked in drywall installation.  He was an enthusiastic gardener, and a member of Park Place Church of God, where he sang in the church choir.

Surviving in addition to his wife are four children, Jennifer Wilder (James), Jody Patterson (David), Scott Patterson, and Ashley Durham (Zevon); nine grandchildren, Aeriel, GiGi, Annabelle, Jack, Kaylin, Madison, Taegan, Abigail, Judah; two brothers and one sister, 'Rip' Patterson (Mary), Joel Patterson, and Lynn Johnson (Benny); and his loving pet, Idgie T.  Predeceased was a brother, Marty Patterson.

Services will begin at 6 PM, 8/29/2013 at Park Place Church of God, 221 Orders St., Greenville, SC 29609
