He leaves behind a legacy of love and enduring memories for his son, Jewel Carson Freeman II; his daughter, Wendy Freeman Cagel; as well as his family members, Teresa Proffitt Bull and husband Kenny, John French, and Cliff Overstreet, who will forever hold him in their hearts.

A proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Terry achieved his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a testament to his dedication and intellectual curiosity. His education laid the foundation for his successful career, having retired from Laurens Glass and later from BF Shaw, where he was known for his reliable work ethic and innovative problem-solving skills.

Throughout his life, Terry was an active and engaged member of his community.
