Tammy Yvonne Fortner 58, passed away July 14,2021 at home.
Daughter of the late Jack & Yvonne Redmon, she is survived by two children, Misty Simmons and Daniel Fortner; two grandchildren, Jada and Adler Simmons; three sisters, Jackie Landreth, Tonya Nichols, and Shannen Redmon; and very special nephews and niece, AJ, Andrew, Cheyenne Landreth, as well as many other loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased were two sisters, Tina Landreth and Jane Mashburn.
A memorial service will be held July 25th, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at Pretty Place Chapel, Cleveland, SC.
