Sylvia Carter Ferguson daughter of Shirley Bass and EW Bass, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 15, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her sister Judy Bass Vasquez and step-granddaughter Brianna Savage. Sylvia is survived by her husband David Ferguson Sr., her brothers Seve Bass ( wife Wendy), Jay Bass, and her sister Sandra Bass.
Children, Michael (wife Missy), Jeffrey (wife Laura), Troy, Jonathan, Cody (Cheyenne) and David Jr., stepson Michael Ferguson (fiance Cheryl), stepdaughter Heather (husband Ed). Grandchildren, Anthony Carter(Briana), Kristi Kocan (husband Joey), Mathew Cauley, Adam Cauley, Chole Newman, Abigal Cauley, and Skylar Ferguson. Great grandchild Joey C Kocan.
Sylvia was born in Tamp, FL, and raised in Ruskin, FL., and relocated to Greenville, SC with her husband David. Sylvia was strong, loving, and caring as one could be. She took great pride in her work.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her husband. She loved to sing with her sisters Judy and Sandy and the Gospel Echoes group with her brother Steve and Sister Judy, She will be singing for her Lord and Savior now.
