Susan "Sue" Bakx

Susan "Sue" Bakx, a resident of Greer, South Carolina, passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 75. She was born on August 9, 1947, in Long Beach, California, to the late David A. Carnaham and the late Marilyn Hannan.

Sue was preceded in death by her loving husband, Huub Bakx, and her sister, Marilyn. She is survived by her three children: Erwin (Kathy), Peter Jan, and Marcel (Claire), as well as her five grandchildren: Marshall, Jasper, Colin, Bastien, and Lena. She is also survived by her sisters, Nancy and Patricia.

Sue worked as a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 for many years and had a true passion for her work. She enjoyed helping people find their dream homes and was known for her kind and compassionate nature.

In her free time, Sue enjoyed gardening, reading, and completing puzzles. She had a great love for nature and spending time outside in her garden brought her immense joy and peace.

Sue will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness, compassion, and hard work will continue to inspire those who knew her.
