Sandra Frazier Kerby

Sandra Frazier Kerby, 57, of Anderson, SC, passed away on February 20, 2022. She was the daughter of William Franklin Frazier and Betty Jean Raby, born in Savannah, GA, on February 8, 1965. Sandra is survived by her son: Phillip Austin Kerby and her granddaughters: Clara Lauren Kerby and Allison Jane Kerby. She is preceded in death by her brother Leonard F. Frazier. Sandra loved classic rock and her favorite thing was helping people who were in need. She attended New Spring Church. Sandra will be greatly missed and loved.
