Salome Ann Ledbetter, known to all as Ann, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2023, in
Greenville, SC. Born on January 31, 1956, in Travelers Rest. Ann was a beloved sister, aunt, cousin
and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Ann was the daughter of the late James A. Ledbetter, Sr., and Ora L. Ledbetter. She was one of ten
siblings and is survived by her sisters, Mary (Claude) de Suze, Paulette Ledbetter and Dorothy Ledbetter and her brothers, James A (Annette) Ledbetter, S. David (Betty) Ledbetter, Jerry L. (Eri) Ledbetter, Terry B. Ledbetter. She was predeceased by her sisters, Martha Ledbetter and Harriet Ledbetter.

Ann was a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, whom she loved spending time with.

Ann was a proud graduate of Travelers Rest High School and furthered her education with two
years at Benedict College. She dedicated her professional life to caring for others, working at Home
Helpers Home Care as a Dementia Specialist and Practitioner. She was also a member of the Townville Fire Department. Her kindness and gentle nature were evident in her work, and she touched the lives of many families during her career.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ann was known for her love of puzzles and crosswords.
She had a sharp mind and enjoyed the challenge of solving complex problems. Her interests
extended to spending quality time with her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She had a special way of making each one feel loved and cherished.

Ann was best described as loving, kind, and gentle. Her warm spirit and caring nature were evident
in every interaction. She had a way of making people feel comfortable and loved, and her presence
will be deeply missed.

In remembering Ann, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love and kindness. Her legacy will live
on in the hearts of those she touched, both in her personal life and through her professional work.
Her memory will be cherished by her family and friends, and her spirit will continue to inspire those
who know her.

Ann Ledbetter was a beacon of love and kindness in a world that often needs more of both. Her life
was a testament to the power of compassion and understanding, and her legacy will continue to
inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. We will remember her not only for her
professional accomplishments but also for her loving heart, her gentle spirit, and her unwavering
kindness.
