Ruth Emily Phillips

Ruth Emily Phillips, 91, of Walhalla, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Seneca Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Easley, SC, Ruth was the daughter of Clifford B. and Bertie Manley Phillips. Ruth owned a beauty salon in Walhalla for over 50 years and was a member of College Street Baptist Church.
Miss Phillips was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by eight nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her sister, Marzelle Leopard, her brothers, Ray and James Phillips; and her nephew, Lee Leopard.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
