Ronald Gaines Perkins

Ronald Gaines Perkins, 86, of Greenville, S.C., the beloved husband of 61 years of Mary Ann Nichols Perkins, died Monday, September 7th, 2020. Born in Roxboro, N.C., he was the son of the late Edwin H. Perkins and Flora Newton Perkins.
After graduating N.C. State he received his Commission as an Ensign in The United States Navy. Then he spent his entire career with JP Stevens/Westpoint.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, his daughters, Mary Perkins Esposito (Phillip) and Jane Perkins Harkins (Scott); his grandchildren, Hannah, Leah and Jordan Esposito, Tyler and Sydney Harkins.
Ronald was predeceased by his sisters, Dorothy Perkins Newton and Sharon Ann Morrow.
He was a proud member and Elder of Townville Presbyterian Church. A Graveside Funeral Service with Military Honors prior to the Inurnment at the Church Columbarium will take place Sunday, September 20th, 2020 starting at 1PM.
