Robin Todd Ward

Robin "Rob" Todd Ward, a man who could catch a fish, shoot a deer, and still make it home in time for the NASCAR race, took his final pit stop on October 8, 2023, in Greer, SC. Born on December 23, 1963, in Portman, VA, Rob was the kind of guy who could light up a room with his infectious laughter and quick wit.

Rob was the beloved son of Gary and Chloe Ward, who taught him the importance of family, love, and a good sense of humor. He was also the cherished brother of Eric Ward and his wife Melanie, who often found themselves the butt of Rob's jokes, but loved him all the same.

Rob's high school sweetheart and wife of many years, Marie Ward, was his biggest fan and the love of his life. Their love story was the stuff of legends, filled with laughter, adventure, and a shared love for the great outdoors.

A proud graduate of Chapman High School and Spartanburg Teach, Rob was a lifelong learner with a knack for turning even the most mundane lessons into hilarious anecdotes. His stories were as captivating as they were funny, often leaving listeners in stitches.

Rob's interests were as varied as his jokes. He loved fishing and hunting, often combining the two in unexpected ways. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and his passion for traveling took him to some of the most beautiful places in the world.

Rob was a loving, kind, and funny man who lived life to the fullest. His laughter and love will be missed by all who knew him. As we remember Rob, let's honor his memory by living life with the same joy, humor, and love he showed us every day.
