Robert Leroy Mulkey

Robert “Roy” Leroy Mulkey, 90, passed away Monday, December 27, 2021. A native of Taylors, he was the son of the late William Arthur and Bertie Eva Durham Mulkey. He and his family were proud of his military service in the US Navy, always believing in God, Country, and family. He was a member of True Life Tabernacle in Greer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, James Mulkey and Wilma Mulkey Watson.
He is survived by his wife, Katie Hensley Mulkey; children, Ronnie Dean, Robert, Royce, Ryan, Beverly Jean, and Pamela Ann Mulkey; sister, Bobbie Arledge; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 in the chapel of Westville Funerals with Rev. Otis Stone officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. A Graveside service with Military Honors will follow the service at Graceland Cemetery West.
