Robert Wayne " Wayne " Crawford

Robert Wayne Crawford (Wayne) passed away at his home on August 8, 2017 after a long battle with cancer and related complications. He was born on October 19, 1955, in Chicago, but his family moved to South Alabama to be near relatives when he was a young boy. Later the family moved to Cateechee, SC, where he graduated from high school. He eventually settled in Seneca, South Carolina. He worked in construction which took him all over the country on various projects. Wayne enjoyed motorcycling, woodworking, doing stonework, and a variety of outdoor activities. He leaves behind his domestic partner, Doreen Geddes. He is survived by his son, Gary Wayne Crawford; his brothers, Keith Crawford and Marty Crawford; and his sister, Theresa Garcia. His sister Tracy Crawford predeceased him. His parents were Willie Crawford, Jr. and Iva Traxler (both deceased). He is very loved and will be greatly missed.
