Robby Lee Saunders, Jr., affectionately known as Lil Robby to his friends and family, left this world far too soon on February 17, 2024, at the age of 30. Born on January 14, 1994, in the warm and welcoming town of Easley, South Carolina, Lil Robby was a man whose heart never wandered far from the rolling hills and close-knit community of his hometown.

Lil Robby was the beloved son of Robby Lee Saunders and Laura Saunders, a testament to their love and the family values they instilled in him from a young age. He grew up alongside his cherished siblings, Jessica Ladd, Ann Marie Saunders, and Aniken Saunders, who each held a special place in his life, sharing laughter and memories that will be treasured forever.

He was a proud graduate of Pickens High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and discovered his passion for carpentry—a skill he honed with precision and pride throughout his career. His work as a carpenter was not just a job but a craft that he approached with the same dedication and enthusiasm that he applied to all areas of his life.

Lil Robby's love for the outdoors was evident to anyone who knew him. He had an unquenchable thirst for adventure, whether he was hunting in the dense forests, fishing in the serene lakes, engaging in the thrill of motocross, or cheering on his favorite football team. These interests were more than hobbies; they were the threads that wove the fabric of his life, connecting him to the natural world and to those he shared these passions with.

Above all, Lil Robby's greatest devotion was to his family. He was a loving father to his sons, Titus and Killian Saunders, and his daughter, Tinzley Saunders. His children were the light of his life, and he embraced every moment with them, teaching them the value of kindness, the joy of laughter, and the importance of following their dreams. He was also survived by his loving grandmother Rebecca Asbury.

Lil Robby shared a special bond with Lynzie Edens, the mother of his children, and together they nurtured a family filled with love and mutual respect. His role as a father and partner was characterized by his innate ability to love unconditionally and support his family in every possible way.

Memorial Services will be held in the Chapel of the Cremation Society of SC- Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC, Thursday evening from 6-8pm.
