Rita Ann Huffman Darby

Rita Ann Huffman Darby, 69, of Inman, SC, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 12, 2022. She was the beloved daughter of the late James and Francis Huffman, born in Spartanburg, SC, on August 7, 1953. Rita is survived by her partner of fifteen years Chuck Hawkins; daughters: Cassandra McCutcheon (Dustin) and Angel Hawkins; sons: Charlie Hawkins III (Lisa), Jordan Hawkins, and Logan Hawkins; grandchildren: Madison Johnson, Harlee McCutcheon, Connor McCutcheon, Brookelin Halstead, Ruby Hawkins, Cayden Hawkins, Rylee Hawkins, and Colten Hawkins; grandson Travis Aiden Halstead; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was a financial secretary for Central United Methodist Church. Rita was a loving mother and nana and enjoyed spoiling her grandbabies. She enjoyed cooking especially around the holiday. Rita may have her worldly body but she will forever be loved and missed by the friends and family she left behind.
