Ricky graduated with a high school diploma and soon after served his country in the armed forces. He was proud to be an Army Veteran. After his service, he found his calling on the open road as a trucker. His career behind the wheel spanned many years, during which he not only delivered goods across the country but also shared his infectious laughter and stories with everyone he met. Ricky's colleagues in the trucking industry will remember him as a man who could brighten even the longest of hauls with his humor and kindness.
Beyond his professional life, Ricky was known in his community as "Santa Ricky," a moniker he earned for his annual transformation into Santa Claus during the holiday season. His love for playing Santa was only matched by his passion for football, specifically his Georgia Bulldogs, a sport he followed with enthusiasm and joy.
