Richard Kyle Wilson, 33, husband of Shannon Christian Wilson, passed away June 19, 2015.
Born in Anderson, Kyle was the son of Margaret Leviner Fox of Anderson and the late Richard Harold Wilson. Kyle was a US Army veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, having received two Purple Heart Medals while serving as a combat engineer.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a step son, Noah; three step brothers, Jim Fox, Joel Fox and Bruce Fox; his grandmother, Mary M. Wilson; two aunts, Mary Avant and Debra Haynie; and an uncle, Steven Wilson.
Interment will be held at 11 AM, Fri., Jun. 26 at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM, Sun., Jun. 28 at Young Presbyterian Church on the Boulevard, Anderson. Cremation Society of South Carolina
