Richard Dale McDowell

Richard Dale McDowell, 57, of Greenville, passed away peacefully February 27, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Horace B. McDowell, Jr. and Hazel Ward McDowell. He loved the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing, he was also a painter for many years.
Survivors include his daughter Candace Lowery (Jammie), his brothers and sisters; Annette Bright, Kathy Donald, John McDowell (Kathy), and Tony Edwards, two grandchildren; Nathaniel Lowery, and Brayden Lowery, and two great-granddaughters.
He was predeceased by two brothers; Michael McDowell and Danny McDowell.
A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the Chapel of Westville Funeral Home, burial will follow in Graceland West Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends Monday, March 4, 2019 from 6-8:00 pm at Westville Funeral Home.
