Richard F. Emmons, 72 of Easley, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Heartland Nursing Home in Greenville South Carolina.
Born June 10, 1943, in Westbrook Maine he was the son of the late Milton and Marion Emmons.
Most of his working career was spent traveling across the country has a long haul truck driver. He also enjoyed NASCAR races and spoiling his dog of 17 years, Bandit.
In addition to his wife, Patricia Holliday Emmons of Easley, he is survived by his two sons, Jeffery Emmons of Richmond Virginia, Paul Emmons of Jonesville North Carolina, Step Family Sandy, Ashby, and Sydney Clark of Easley South Carolina.
A memorial service for Mr. Emmons will be held 11:00 a.m. , Saturday September 5th at Brookdale Senior Living’s Club House, 706 Pelzer Highway, Easley, South Carolina.
