Born in Union, South Carolina a daughter of the late Robert Spencer and the late Nancy Wilbanks. Rhonda lived most of her life in the Spartanburg area.
Survivors include her sons; Blake Powers and his wife Marcia of Flat Rock, North Carolina and Jesse Powers of Weaverville, North Carolina, and a brother Wayne Spencer of Gaffney, South Carolina.
To honor Rhonda’s wishes a private service will be held at a later date.
