Rebecca Dobbins

Rebecca "Becky" Dobbins, passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 67 in Easley, SC. Born on January 12, 1957, in Greer, SC, Becky was the daughter of the late Claude Leonard Dobbins and Ethel Leopard Dobbins. Her life was a testament to selfless service and unwavering kindness, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Becky's journey through life was marked by her dedication to public service. For over three decades, she wore the uniform of a police officer with honor and distinction, serving both the Easley and Greer Police Departments. Her commitment to protecting and serving her community was more than a career; it was a calling that she fulfilled with integrity and valor. Becky's colleagues and those she helped along the way will forever remember her steadfast presence and the safety she provided. Becky was an avid cat lover, finding joy and companionship in her feline friends. Her love for reading was known to all.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished by her surviving brother, Daniel Dobbins, and her extended family, including her niece Jamie Miller and her husband David II, and her great-nephew David Miller III, James Miller. She was predeceased by her parents, her brother Paul Dobbins, and her sister Katherine Baldwin, whose husband Barry continues to honor her memory.
