Her penchant for caring was also evident in her time spent working in restaurants and tending bar, where she was known to uplift spirits and care deeply for her patrons. Beyond her professional roles, Ragina was devoted to caring for her great grandmother, mother, and husband, particularly in their times of need, a testament to her loving nature.
Family was the core of Ragina’s world. She is survived by her son, Charles E Jordan, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Misty Rice and Jamie; stepdaughter, Shannon Jordan; grandchildren, Michael Manley, Jasmine Manley, Haley Jordan Martin, and Katelyn Madore; son-in-law, Glen Manley; daughter-in-law, Kelly Pickens; and brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Gilliam. She remained a loyal fan of “Days of Our Lives,” “Little House on the Prairie,” and “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” never missing an episode. Her artistic soul was expressed through her love of drawing and painting, often capturing the breathtaking vistas of nature and mountains. The lake was a special retreat where she cherished moments with her family. She loved to go dancing with family as frequently as she could, Ragina delighed in the presence of her beloved pets, including her late dog Sandy and Makita "kiki” Jordan, the family dog. Her grandchildren, Haley and Katelyn, were the light of her life, and she relished every opportunity to have them by her side.
Above all, Ragina will be remembered for her unconditional love for her husband, her generosity, and her innate ability to fix and handle challenges with dexterity and grace. In her final days, she relayed a message of love and reassurance, telling everyone that she would be okay. Her legacy of love and care will endure in the hearts of her family and all who knew her, as she leaves behind memories replete with joy, laughter, and love.
