Phillip Lee Burns passed away on June 13, 2023. He was a loving husband and best friend to his wife of 29 years, Sue Ellen Burns. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-son Matthew Crenshaw; and his three brothers, Carroll, Ron, and Joel.
