Phillip Edward Bourgoin, 48, of Lugoff, South Carolina passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2017 at his home in Cross Hill, South Carolina.
The ceremony will take place once his remains have been returned home, and will be announced amongst family and friends. He has documented specific instructions regarding his remains.
He was born in Charleston, SC on November 1, 1968. He attended Richland Northeast High School and continued to receive mechanic/HVAC technician certifications and licenses. Anytime someone needed help and didn’t know what broke or how to fix it, he was their go-to man. Phillip worked as a mechanic/ HVAC technician for 30 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, camping, and being with his family. He will forever be remembered for his contagious smile and caring personality.
He is survived by his 4 children Michael Bourgoin, Taylor Bourgoin, Alexis Bourgoin, Zachary Bourgoin, his sister Louann Ward (Billy), brother Ralph Bourgoin Jr (Nancy) grand-daughter Rayne Ely, and his ex-wife (mother of this children) Sheila Bourgoin along with many other family and friends. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents Ralph Bourgoin, Sally Bourgoin, Sister Debra Summers, and grand-son Jordyn Bourgoin.
