Pauline C McTeer

Pauline C. McTeer of Spartanburg, passed away on November 11, 2015. She is the daughter of Herbert Eugene McTeer, Sr, and Leta Mitchum McTeer and a 1959 graduate of Furman University.  She is predeceased by her brother, Herbert Eugene (Gene) McTeer, Jr.  She is survived by sister-in-law, Linda G. McTeer; nieces, Lisa Vandys and Laurie Taylor; nephew, Jeffrey McTeer; great-nieces, Claire Taylor, Gena Taylor and Emilija Vandys; great-nephew, Jack McTeer and many cousins.  Since retiring as a postal contractor, Miss McTeer volunteered many hours at St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic and the Spartanburg County Library.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1320 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC on November 21, 2015 at 11:00am.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Friends of the Library or St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic.
