Patricia Eleanor (Mello) Read

Patricia Eleanor Read (Mello), 62, born in Las Angeles, California on June 3rd, 1953 passed away peacefully to be with the lord on January 17th, 2016 at her home in Greenville, SC.

Patricia is survived by her son Gerald (Jerry) Read II, Grandchildren Kayla Read and Matthew Read of Greenville. She is also the mother of the late Cassandra (Cassie) Mello.

Her Sisters, Cynthia Read Matheny, and the late Cassie Read. Her Nephews Charlie Matheny, Jakob Matheny and Dustin Matheny. Her Aunts Lorraine Ruegg & Qwen Horn. She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Beverley Read.

Patricia was the life of the party! Anyone who knew her knew how much fun she could be. She loved to host "spaghetti pool party's" at her home for 30 years. She loved her family and friends tremendously. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone out who was in need. She will be dearly missed.
