Patricia (Patti) Lee Medford died Monday, June 1st, 2015 at her residence. Patricia was born in Anderson, SC to George Page and Lorraine Sams.
She is survived by her daughter, Alisha Palacino and husband Daniel Palacino; her mother Lorraine Sams and step-father Charles Sams; brother, Don Farmer; step-brothers, Timothy and Ricky Sams; step-sister, Denise Hall.
A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday June 6th at Westville Funeral Home Chapel. The family will see family and friends at the funeral home following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Safe Harbor. ( http://safeharborsc.org/donate-now/ )
