Pamela Dianne Smith

Pamela Dianne Smith, known affectionately as Dianne to her friends and family, passed away on February 11, 2025, just one day shy of her 67th birthday. Born on February 12, 1958, in Columbia, South Carolina, Dianne was a beacon of love and selflessness throughout her life, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

Dianne was predeceased by her devoted parents, Mallie Jo and Gary Arlen Brown, her brother Rodney Dale Brown, and her sister Donna Jo Brown Tyre. She leaves behind a legacy of love and creativity, cherished by her adoring family, including her niece Dana Ashley Tyre, great-nephews Hayden Tyre and Hudson Tyre-Jones, niece Lesley Dionne Tyre, great-nephew Harrison Tyre, and her dear aunt and uncle, Cheryl and Roger Bennett.

A lifelong resident of South Carolina, Dianne's final years were spent in the beautiful city of Greenville, where she continued to embrace life with the same vigor and passion she was known for. Dianne's love for her family was unparalleled, especially for her great-nephews, who brought her immeasurable joy and happiness.

An outdoor enthusiast, Dianne relished the time spent camping, feeling the gentle sway of boat rides, and soaking in the serene beauty of the beach and mountains.
