Nathaniel Jones, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House. Born August 2, 1940 the son of the late Ernest and Isolena (Jones) Jones. He leaves to mourn his wife of more than 50 years, Willie Dean Mark Jones, his sons, Tommy (Joyce) Mark and Steve (Yvette) Mark both of Townville, SC, Jeffrey (Samantha) Jones of Anderson, SC and David (Latosha) Johnson of El Paso, TX, his daughters, Shelby Jones of Townville, SC, Jacqueline (Donald) Todd of Johns Island, SC and Rhonda (Timothy) Jones of Anderson, SC. He also leaves to mourn his brothers Winfield Jones of Sandy Springs, SC, Robert Jones and William Jones of Anderson, SC; and his sisters, Lula J Crawley of Burlington, NC, Flora Corner, Dessie Johnson and Mary Watts of Anderson, SC. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence Jones, J.C. Jones, Willie Jones Jr and Melvin Jones; his sisters, Mamie Sue Patterson and Annie Lois Jones; his grandson, Michael Jones and his great great granddaughters, Kennedy Haynes and Keonna Hayes. He also leaves to mourn 25 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, an aunt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services to Remember and Honor Mr. Jones’s life will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the Evergreen Baptist Church, 1305 Evergreen Road, Anderson, SC 29621. The family has requested that flowers be delivered to the church on Saturday morning.
