Myrtle Marie Endicott

Marie Endicott went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 21, 2017 at the age of 83. Upon her death she was greeted in a heavenly celebration by her mother, father, one sister and three brothers as well as nieces. nephews, in-laws and past friends who went on before her. While her heart stopped beating here in this life, she now has a new heart, strong legs and a clear mind free of all that ailed her here on earth. Marie Sizemore was born in Grundy VA where she met and married Earl Endicott, her husband of 63 years. The couple migrated to Michigan in the late 1950's along with her parents and other family members on both sides who went to Flint MI to work in the auto plants. It was in Flint where they started their family, bought their first home, and raised two children before retiring in Greenville SC in 1998. Marie was a much loved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. She was very involved in her church and served the Lord all of her life. She taught her children about the great love of God, and of the great love of a mother for her children. In return they will always have a great love for her - their mom, their best friend, and mentor. She leaves behind (knowing she will see them again), her husband Earl Endicott Sr. daughter and son-in-law Sharon & Tony Eubanks, son and daughter in law Earl Jr. and Paula Endicott, grand-daughters Mary Marie and Sunni Endicott, one living brother and three sisters. The immediate family will have a private time of remembrance following her cremation. A memorial service will be held August 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at First Nazarene, 1201 Haywood Road Greenville, SC 29615. In lieu of flowers please donate to Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
