Monsita Valentin Flores

Monsita "Wela" Valentin Flores, 74, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House. She was born in April 15, 1948, to the late Leocadio Valentin and Maria Flores in Añasco, Puerto Rico. Wela enjoyed word search puzzle books, but more than anything, Wela loved spending time with her family and friends, especially with her kids, grandkids, great grandkids. Monsita is survived by her daughter: Carmen Caldwell and spouse Johnny; son: Jesus Garcia and wife Jenny; grandchildren: Amanda (Chad), Julian, Katlyn, Jocelyn (Jonathan), Elizabeth, and Jadyn; great-grandchildren: Chastin, Caydence, and Atlas (March 2023); and four siblings. Wela may have left this earth but she will forever be in the hearts of the family and friends that she left behind.
