Monique Denise Pickens

Monique Denise Pickens, 65, of Fountain Inn, SC, left this world Saturday, June 19th, 2021 at 5:25pm. She was born on Monday, June 18th, 1956 at 5:35pm in Greenville, SC to her parents, the late Walter E. and Yvette Lemoine Bangle.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Fred E. Pickens Jr.; her daughters, Alexis Pickens Fetner (Jacob Richard) and Chloe Nimmons (Ronald); her granddaughter, Hazel Victoria Fetner; her brother, Yves Bangle (Diane); her nephew, Justin Nelson (Kayla), her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Jean-Pierre Ralite of Neuvic en Corrèze, France; her cousin, Karine Ralite of Chelle in Seine et Marne, France and her uncle,n Pierre Lemoine of Châlons en Champagne, France.
Monique was a registered nurse, a job which she loved very much. Physically she was unable continue and had to retire in 2020. She loved animals, art, music, dancing, the beach and her precious granddaughter. She had a giving and generous heart.
