Miranda Gail “Randa Red” McGarity



Miranda Gail McGarity was granted her angel wings on Thursday August 6, 2015, following her battle with cancer. Miranda leaves behind many wonderful family members and friends that provided love and support. She was a graduate of Woodmont high school where she was a star softball player.

Miranda is survived by her loving children, Aleena and Braydon McGarity both of the home. Her Mother Jeannie Lee McGarity, Stepfather Danny Cartwright and Michelle, Finance’ Terrell Williams and his 2 sons Xazier & Terrell, 5 sisters Keisha, Tiffany, Mary, Krista and Harley and 3 brothers Gary, Zackery and Warren.

She was predeceased by her father Fulton Hallums, Grandmother Gail Hooker, Grandmother Georgia Walker Hallums, Great Grandmother Edna Ivester and a brother Danny Eugene Cartwright Jr. The Family will be at their respected homes. Sunday August 9, 2015 family and friends will gather at Miranda and Terrell’s home at 23 Kentwood Lane Piedmont SC.

A Memorial service will be held Monday at 6pm in the Chapel of Westville Funeral Home 6010 Whitehorse Rd, Greenville SC.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her Stepdad, Danny Cartwright for the expense of the funeral and caring for her children.
