Michelle Lee Russell Kaufman

Michelle Kaufman 46, of Simpsonsville, South Carolina, passed away on December 7, 2016 at the Hospice of Upstate in Anderson South Carolina surrounded by her loved ones. Michelle was born in Coldwater, Michigan on November 14, 1970 to Franklin and Linda Blair Russell.

Michelle is survived by the love of her life, Noel Kaufman of Simponsville, South Carolina; her two beloved children, Brandon and Cameron Kaufman, both of Simpsonville, South Carolina; her mother, Linda Blair Russell of Coldwater, MI; her mother in law, Cathy Kaufman of Coldwater, MI; her brothers, Dain Russell and Andy Colbeck both also from Coldwater MI.

For the past 12 years, Michelle had fought a very long hard battle with brain cancer. Her family is what made her keep going. The love she had for her family and friends transcends life itself.

Celebration of Michelle's life will be on Tuesday December 13, at 6:00 pm at Cedar Shoals Baptist Church 1045 Cooley Bridge Road, Belton, South Carolina. Arrangements are also being made for a service in Michelle's hometown of Coldwater MI and will be announced when final.

Michelle was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Leroy and Blanche Blair, James and Eunice Hayes , her father, Franklin Russell and her grandson, Cohen Kaufman.
