Michael Lloyd Whitworth

Michael Lloyd Whitworth, 71, of Pelzer passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 13, 2022.
Born in Greenville, SC he was predeceased by his loving parents Lloyd and Faye Whitworth. He is survived by his daughter Danielle Chrisman (Chris), of Del City, OK. In addition he is also survived by brother, Richard Whitworth of Pelzer, sister Wanda Riddle (Mitchell)of Pelzer , sister Lisa Wilson(Chris) of Simpsonville. as well as a dear aunt Dorothy Lyle of Taylors.
Michael was an accomplished veteran ���� as well as a civil servant prior to later life careers including law enforcement and across the road truck driver.
There will be a celebration of Michael’s life on Tuesday, July 19 at 3:00pm at Westville Funeral Chapel on White Horse Road, Greenville, SC.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the VA as they were actively involved in Michael’s end years. In addition, they would like also to express their appreciation to Prisma Hospice for their care for both Michael and support of the family.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or charity of their choice.
