Michael Anthony (Tony) Powell passed Monday March 9th 2020. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 43 yrs. Charla, his son Joey sr. Grandson Joey jr. Sisters, Ann, Theresa, Rose Mary, Sandy, and Kim. All of his nieces and nephews and god children and fur babies and a multitude of wonderful ride or die family friends, especially his personal adopted brother Howard Kelly.
