Michael Morrison Jr. has embarked on his greatest adventure yet, leaving behind a legacy brimming with love, curiosity, and an adventurous spirit reminiscent of Peter Pan. Filled with a childlike wonder, Michael navigated life with unparalleled enthusiasm, never letting challenges define him. His belief that “everything will all work out” was a hallmark of his character, shining with an optimism that inspired all who knew him.

Remembered lovingly by his mother, Teresa Gordon, and father, Michael Morrison Sr., his sister Leah Donovan and her husband Joe, and his niece Kassidy Knighten, Michael's spirit continues to thrive among his family. As a loving father to Milee Travis, James Morrison, and Alice Morrison, he leaves a piece of his heart with their mothers, Samantha Travis, Amanda Pinkerton, and Lindsey Collins, respectively. His paternal grandmother, Yvonne Morrison, along with an extended family and many friends, will forever cherish his memory.

Michael was preceded in death by his paternal grandfathers, David Morrison and James Gordon, and his maternal grandmother, Brenda Penn.

Though not defined by a single title or profession, Michael's life was a testament to what truly matters: how he made people feel—understood, loved, and inspired. As we reflect on our memories of him, let us remember that, like Peter Pan, Michael will soar high on his next adventure, forever free and exploring the skies above. A true nomad at heart, Michael's journey through life was marked by his multifaceted interests. From painting and coin collecting to gambling at Cherokee Casino, he embraced a variety of passions that brought joy and fulfillment. A deep thinker, he found inspiration in nature and spontaneous adventures, often engaging with the profound teachings of Alan Watts. Michael's appreciation for trains, reading, and music further reflected his boundless curiosity and zest for life.

Rest in peace, Michael. You are deeply missed and forever loved.
