Matthew Roy Halstead of Greenville, SC, passed away on January 28, 2023. He was the son of Roy Halstead and Leola Konduros Gambrell, born on September 19, 1986, in Greenville, SC. Matt was survived by his son Matthew Roy Halstead Jr.; father Roy Halstead (Sandy); mother Leola Konduros Gambrell (Mark); brothers: George Konduros (Mindy) and Brian Konduros (Misti); sister Vivian Gambrell; step-brother Stephen Foster; step-sister Logan Henrickson (Tristan); nieces: Makayla Konduros and Marley Konduros; nephew Connor Konduros; step-nieces: Hagan Henrickson and Langstan Henrickson; step-nephews: Jaxon Foster and Kingstan Henrickson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents George and Vivian Konduros and fraternal grandparents Ray and Helen Halstead. Matt loved going to the beach and movies. He also loved listing to music, playing video games, playing basketball, and being with his family. He loved making people laugh. Matt may have left his worldly body but he will forever be in the hearts of the family and friends he left behind.
