Mary Alexander Davis

Mary Alexander Davis, 79, wife of the late James Arnold Davis, passed from this life Saturday, November 7, 2020 at her home. She is a daughter of the late Mert and Louise Alexander and was of the Baptist Faith. As a devoted mother Mrs. Davis always put her family before herself, and was known as the foundation of her family.

Survivors include two daughters; Debra Head (Terry Knight) of Piedmont, Sheila Painter (Ruben Medina) of Taylors, a grandson Larry Haney (Janet) of the home, four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and a son in law James Riddle.

Mrs. Davis is predeceased by her parents, her husband, a daughter Sherrill Riddle, a granddaughter Shannon Riddle, a sister Carolyn Darnell and a brother Bobby Alexander.

Visitation will be held 12 PM until 1 PM Friday, November 13, 2020 in the chapel of Cremation Society of SC-Westville Funerals with the funeral service to follow at 1 PM. Burial will be at Greenville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Cody Giles, Chad Liljestrand, Jack Puras, Manuel Medina, Steven Newman and Tim Alexander.
