Mary Jane Blain, 75, of Easley, SC, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Greenville, South C. Mary was born on October 15, 1941 in Liberty, SC to her parents, Hovey B. Smith and Ella Mae ( Stancil ) Smith. She was a lifelong resident of the Upstate and she worked as a Cloth Room Attendant in the Textile Industry. She enjoyed visiting with her family and her friends, especially her grandchildren and she enjoyed watching soap operas on television.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Melissa Dillard, her infant siblings and her infant grandchildren. Those who will most cherish her memory are her sister, Frances Carnell ( Ron ) of Travelers Rest, SC; her children, Becky Case ( Tim Brown ) of Anderson, SC, Ricky Bridges ( Becky ) of Neosho Rapids, KS, Anthony Bridges ( Charlotte ) of Easley, SC, Gregory Bridges ( Lee ) of Six Mile, SC, Jerry Bridges ( Kelly ) of Liberty, SC, Roger Bridges ( Brenda ) of Travelers Rest, SC.

Services to Remember and Honor her life will be at 2:00 P. M. Friday, May 5, 2017 in the Chapel of the Cremation Society of South Carolina - Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Road in Greenville. A gathering of Family and Friends will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Funeral Home and cremation will follow the services.
