Marietta Foster Kaiser, 91, of Greenville, widow of Kent Vernon Kaiser, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 18, 2017.
Born in Evanston, Illinois on October 12, 1926, she was the daughter the of late John and Grace Foster. Mrs. Kaiser was a long-time member of Southside Baptist Church and Hope Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Kaiser was a committed and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved reading scripture and singing hymns. All her life, until the very end, she faithfully shared the gospel to everyone she met and was an inspiration to family and friends. She left us with a legacy of faithfulness and prayerfulness and lived her favorite verse: Psalm 103:1 “Bless the Lord oh my soul and all that it within me bless His holy name.”
She is survived by her children: Randy Kaiser, John Kaiser, Elizabeth McClure (Rob), Kathryn Aldredge, and Joey Kaiser; five grandchildren: James Wiggins, Lucille Wiggins, David Wiggins, Heidi Kaiser, and Heather Kaiser Mitchell; and four great-grandchildren: Phillip, Lily, Boaz, and Aspen.
In addition to Kent, her husband of 64 years, Mrs. Kaiser was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Kaiser.
Visitation at 10:30 AM and services at 11 AM, November 22 at Graceland East Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 2206 Woodruff Road, Simpsonville, SC.
