Margaret Diane Rholetter

Margaret Jones Rholetter, a beacon of love and warmth in her community, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2024, at 71, in Easley, South Carolina. Born on April 1, 1953, in Pickens County, SC, Margaret was a woman whose life was characterized by her loving nature, friendly demeanor, and thoughtful gestures that touched the hearts of many.

Margaret, affectionately known by those close to her, dedicated many years of her life working as a dental assistant. Her commitment to her profession was evident in the care she provided her patients and the lasting relationships she built with her colleagues. After a fulfilling career, she retired to focus on what mattered most to her: her family. Margaret's role as a mother and grandmother was where she truly shone, pouring her love and attention into the lives of her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving family, including her sister Carolyn Dalton; her daughters, Michelle (Greg) Abercrombie and Ashley (Wyman) Baker; her granddaughters, Savannah (Tim) Welborn and Jennifer Welborn; her grandsons, Graham Abercrombie and Gregory Abercrombie; and her great-grandchildren, Renly Swaney, Aliyah Welborn, and Oaklyn Swaney. Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Rholetter, with whom she shared many cherished memories.

Margaret's educational journey included earning her high school diploma and furthering her knowledge with some college education, which laid the foundation for her successful career. Her intelligence and willingness to learn were evident in every endeavor she undertook.

An avid camper, Margaret found joy in the simplicity of nature and the opportunity to create lasting memories with her family. Her grandbabies were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was a grand adventure outdoors or a quiet afternoon at home.
