Mae Good

Mae Good surrounded by her family entered into the loving arms of Jesus on her 71st birthday, at her home in Greenville, SC. Mae was born to Mr. Albert W. DeKalb and Mrs. Jeanette Crump DeKalb in Macon, Georgia. She
graduated from Greenville High School and later went on to college and earned her degree in Business Management. She worked at Beacon Manufacturing for over 20 yrs as the Assistant Business Traffic Manager.
Mae married the love of her life, Dennis (Dean) Allen Good in 1973. They were completely devoted to one another and cherish the beautiful 48 years they built together.
Mae is survived by her husband Dennis (Dean) Good, and three children, Todd Good (wife Jennifer), Brian Good and Michelle Good. 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Her brother Baron De DeKalb (wife Gloria), nephew, and niece.
Besides spending time with her family, friends, and church family she enjoyed shopping in local thrift stores, watching hallmark movies, crafts, working puzzles, and Christmas was her favorite time of year. Mae was a very bright, loving personality that lit up any room she walked into. She had the ability to make anyone she met feel important. She touched many lives during her time on this earth.
Family and friends will be received from 12 pm to 1 pm on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 followed by a Celebration of Life which all are invited to attend at the First Freewill Baptist Church of Greenville located at 242 N. Old Grove Rd Greenville, Sc. 29605.
