Luberta Fields was born on April 26, 1936, in Fairfax, South Carolina.
She was the youngest of seven children born to Sam and Mary Loadholt.
She attended elementary and high school in Fairfax, SC where she played basketball and the clarinet.
In 1960 she left South Carolina and moved to New Jersey. There she pursued a career in cosmetology.
In 1961 she married Willie Fields her childhood sweetheart. Together they started their family and learned about Jehovah.
In 1968, she symbolized her dedication to Jehovah. Though she worked hard secularly, the work she was most proud of was that of a wife, mother, and servant of Jehovah. She had the privilege of helping many to learn about God and dedicate their lives as well.
Upon her retirement, she relocated to Greenwood South Carolina. There she expanded her service to God, often serving as an auxiliary pioneer until her illness.
She died Thursday, April 8, 2021, after a prolonged illness.
She leaves to miss her:
Willie Fields her husband of 60 years.
Two children Dwan (Erni) Fields of Balstrop, TX, and Lanell (Demetrius) Johnson of Greenwood, SC.
She leaves 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her as well
